Senior Accounting Associate

Due to a retirement - We are seekinga Senior Accounting Associateto become an integral part of our team!

Responsibilities:

• Entering payables and credit card charges
• Review and process complex AP transactions
• Investigate AP exceptions
• Back up to AR and invoicing functions
• Assist with weekly Payroll
• Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
• Perform any other office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in accounting or commiserate experience
• Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
• Experience in data entry
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
• Experience with Microsoft word and Excel
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy office environment
• Experience with Deltek Computer Ease software a plus
