IT MSP Field Technician

We are seeking an IT MSP Field Technician to join our team!You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, orelectronically
• Recommend hardware and software improvements
• Track customer issues and resolutions
• Company car, insurance and fuel card provided.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience inIT, customer service,or other related fields
• Ubiquiti Network Equipment
• Windows and MAC Computer Support and Deployment
• Microsoft Certification (MCP)
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Must have clean driving record.
