Compensation & Benefits

$52,000 – $100,000+ per year (Base + Bonuses)
Pay based on experience, certifications, and productivity.

What You’ll Do

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance accurately and efficiently
• Troubleshoot electrical and drivability issues
• Complete thorough digital vehicle inspections
• Document findings and repairs clearly
• Inspect and verify incoming parts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Work closely with Service Advisors and teammates to maintain strong production flow

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred:

• ASE certifications (bonus pay for each)
• Experience in high-production repair environments
• Desire to grow into higher-responsibility roles
