SteelfabricationcompanyneedsaManufacturingEngineertocoordinateactivitiesincludingsystemsfabrication,tooling,welding,robotics,andmechanicalassembly.Willprovideengineeringsupporttoimproveproductqualityandreduceproductioncosts.
- Workonplantlayoutandprocessimprovementprojects.
- Willworkonautomationorroboticsprojects.Musthavesomeabilitytowritecontrollogicfor PLC’sandCNCcontrol.
- Conductsstudiestomaximizeworkflowandprocessutilization.
- Ensuresthatproductdesigns,documentation,andassemblyinstructionsareaccurate,maintained andeffective.
- Developsworkinstructions,designsassemblyfixtures,tooling,andmanufacturingequipment.
- Reviewsproductionreportsandsolvesmanufacturingandmaintenanceproblems,reducingcostsandpreventingshippingdelays.
- Developssafeworkpractices.Seekopportunitiesforimprovementsinproductandprocessquality.
- Workswithemployeestoresolveproblemsandavoidgrievances.

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’sdegreeinMechanicalEngineering,Manufacturing Engineering, Welding,orsimilarfield.Willconsiderpartialdegree.
- Shouldhaveatleastthreeyears’manufacturingengineeringexperience,preferably with fabricated orassembledproductsmadeofsteelorsteelparts.
- Shouldhaveexperienceworkinginanautomatedenvironment.
- Musthaveexperiencesettingtimestandards,leanmanufacturing,linebalancing,andprocessflow.
