Thekey responsibilities oftheSupervisor/TeamLeadinclude, but are not limited to,thefollowing:

• Overseethecontainment process, responsibleforthelaborersandtheinspection of customer productsfortheassigned tables or workstations

• Mustleadby example, be organized,andpractice good housekeeping skillsinallareasofthefacility

•Ensure all employees work safelyandinaccordancewithcompany healthandsafety policiesandprocedures Manager

•Responsibleforthecoordination ofshiftstart activities prior tostart time (table requirements, paperwork, etc. Ensure appropriate toolsandmaterials are availableforcompletion of jobs

•Provide on-the-job trainingforany new workinstructions when applicable•

What We Are Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• 3 Years of previous management or Supervisory
• Strong attention to detail
• Forklift required
