Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 + bonus & benefits
Shift: Day Shift
Location: Middletown, OH
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Support daily plant operations and production performance.
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues alongside operators.
- Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
- Support PSM and maintain a strong safety culture.
- Partner with maintenance and engineering on reliability and capital projects.
- Improve production efficiency and standard operating procedures.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 5-10+ years of operations or manufacturing engineering experience in a chemical plant.
- Required experience with Chemithon and Sulfonation/Sulfation processes.
- Hands-on plant floor experience (not lab, pilot plant, or project-only).
- PSM experience required.
- DeltaV or other DCS experience is a plus.
