CultureSpace is a culture-focused, elevated office furniture dealer with showrooms in San Antonio, Austin, Houston, and Dallas. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate to join our team.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and making sure products are received, handled, and shipped accurately. You’ll support both inbound and outbound warehouse operations while helping maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
What You’ll Do
- Unload containers and accurately receive incoming materials.
- Inspect deliveries, verify items, and report shortages or damage.
- Pick, pack, wrap, label, and stage outbound shipments.
- Confirm that pallets, packing lists, tags, weights, dimensions, and warning labels are accurate.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products are complete, protected, and damage-free.
- Move materials safely throughout the warehouse.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment and use basic hand or power tools safely.
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
- Help keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
- Support other warehouse areas and work overtime when business needs require it.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- One to two years of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to recognize numeric and alphanumeric part numbers.
- Basic math, measurement, and computer skills.
- Forklift or other warehouse equipment experience preferred.
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools is a plus.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with warehouse and office teams.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of an active warehouse position.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred if driving duties are required.
