Entry-Level Sales Representative | Full-Time | In-Person | Paid Training

Looking to get your foot in the door in sales? Four Facets is growing our Cincinnati team and looking for motivated people who are ready to learn, work with customers, and challenge themselves in a fast-paced environment.

No sales experience? That’s okay.We provide paid training and ongoing coaching to help you learn the role and build your skills from the ground up.

In this role, you'll work directly with customers in a retail environment, helping them learn about available products and services while building valuable experience in sales, communication, and customer service.

What You'll Do:

• Meet and communicate with customers in person
• Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and service options
• Assist customers throughout the sales and enrollment process
• Represent our clients professionally
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training

• Dependable and comfortable working with a team
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful, but not required
• Availability to work a full-time retail schedule

• Pay is a combination of a weekly base and uncapped commission structure
