Sales & Customer Account Representative

Good with people and motivated by goals? Four Facets is looking for Sales & Customer Account Representatives to join our Cincinnati team.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing sales role where you'll help customers learn about available products and services. No previous sales experience is required we provide paid training and ongoing coaching.

What You'll Do

• Meet and communicate with customers in a retail environment
• Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Explain pricing, promotions, and available options
• Assist customers throughout the sales and enrollment process
• Provide a positive customer experience
• Work toward individual and team sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Friendly and comfortable talking with new people
• Reliable and professional
• Goal-oriented and motivated to learn
• Coachable and team-oriented
• Retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Available to work a full-time retail schedule

Compensation & Training

• Base pay or commission, based on performance
• New representatives typically earn $800–$1,200 per week
• Uncapped commission earning potential
• Paid training and ongoing coaching
• Performance-based incentives
