What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor machines in production
- Inspect, clean, and perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Track production data and machine performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve machineissues quickly
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe workplace
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous machine operating experience (manufacturing or textiles a plus)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Familiarity with safety practices in a manufacturing setting
- Team player with good communication skills
