Title: Process Engineer – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
Location: Ohio
Duration: 6+ Months with extension
Job Summary:
Seeking Process Engineers to supportsmall-molecule pharmaceutical manufacturing, including process scale-up, technology transfer, process validation, and commercial manufacturing readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supportprocess scale-up, technology transfer, and process validationactivities.
- Provide technical support forcommercial manufacturing and process optimization.
- SupportPPQ, engineering runs, deviations, CAPA, change controls, and investigations.
- Analyze process data and identify opportunities foryield, quality, and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare and reviewGMP documentation, protocols, reports, SOPs, and batch records.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, QC, MSAT, Validation, and Process Development teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree inChemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical/GMP manufacturing experience.
- Experience withsmall-molecule products, scale-up, technology transfer, and process validation.
- Strong knowledge ofGMP, process troubleshooting, CAPA, deviations, and change control.
- Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
