A Day in the Role
From setting up instruments to collaborating with engineering, you’ll move through a methodical workflow designed to confirm airtight performance and reliable documentation.
- Perform precise helium-based leak testing on components and assemblies to meet strict quality criteria.
- Set up, tune, and calibrate leak detection systems for peak accuracy and repeatability.
- Interpret test data, record outcomes meticulously, and maintain complete QA documentation.
- Work alongside engineering and production to diagnose issues and resolve leak-related nonconformances.
- Keep the work area orderly and compliant with safety protocols at all times.
- Contribute ideas and actions to continuous improvement initiatives that elevate test methods and throughput.

What You’ll Bring
