What You’ll Do

• Greet patients with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
• Answer phone calls and directing them to the right team
• Schedule wellness appointments and guide patients through next steps
• Support providers and the wellness team with accuracy and urgency
• Keep the front desk polished, organized, and running smoothly
• Handle sensitive health conversations with discretion and care
• Learn our wellness services and confidently speak to them
