What You'll Do

As a Server Hardware Support Specialist, you will help test, troubleshoot, and repair advanced server equipment.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing server hardware.
• Testing CPUs, memory, power supplies, storage devices, network cards, fans, and other components.
• Running system and hardware diagnostics.
• Identifying and resolving hardware and connectivity issues.
• Replacing defective components and completing repairs.
• Performing Linux-based testing and troubleshooting.
• Updating system firmware when needed.
• Reviewing test results and technical logs.
• Documenting repairs, parts used, and completed work.
• Following quality, safety, and technical procedures.

What We're Looking For

Candidates with experience or knowledge in:

• Computer or server hardware
• Electronics troubleshooting and repair
• IT support or technical support
• Hardware diagnostics and testing
• Linux operating systems
• Basic networking or LAN troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in electronics, computer hardware, IT support, or technical repair.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with computer components and electronic equipment.
• Basic Linux knowledge or command-line experience.
• Understanding of networking concepts is preferred.
• Experience with Python or technical scripting is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and processes.

Schedule

This position requires flexibility and the ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends.

Current Schedule:

• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Weekend availability required
• Additional schedules may become available based on business needs
