Receptionist PRN
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist PRN to join our dynamic team at Avir at Del Sol in El Paso, TX. As a Receptionist PRN, you will provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors while ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of our healthcare facility. Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and resolve concerns in a timely and efficient manner
Manage and maintain accurate and confidential patient records and electronic medical records
Coordinate patient scheduling and registration processes
Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, waiting room, and adjacent spaces
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care and exceptional customer service
Requirements:
1 year of experience in a healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply)
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a healthcare-related field preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Familiarity with electronic medical records and basic computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
PRN schedule, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
