We are seeking an experienced Clinical Home Infusion Pharmacist for a direct-hire opportunity.

Schedule

Monday – Friday

8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Duties
•Perform IV medication verification.
•Supervise pharmacy technicians.
•Communicate with and provide support to patients.
•Assist with IV compounding and home infusion pharmacy operations.

Required Qualifications
•Hospital or home infusion pharmacy experience required.
•Previous IV compounding experience required.
•Current Ohio Pharmacist License required.
•Must have a clean background with no disqualifying issues, including DUI history.
