Part-Time Property Care Cleaner – Potranco / Loop 1604
Looking for a part-time job that keeps you moving? This is a hands-on position with a mix of indoor cleaning and outdoor property upkeep.
Office Pride Commercial Cleaning is looking for a
reliable part-time team member to help keep a community property clean, presentable, and ready for residents and guests in the
Potranco Road / Loop 1604 area of San Antonio.
This isn't a typical office cleaning job. You'll spend part of your shift inside cleaning common areas and restrooms, and part of your time outside helping keep the pool-area facilities and surrounding spaces neat.
What the Job Includes
Your responsibilities may include:
- Cleaning interior common areas
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing
- Cleaning and sanitizing pool house restrooms
- Emptying trash cans around the pool areas
- Taking trash to the dumpster located nearby
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests
No pool cleaning is required.
One Important Requirement
The dumpster is located around the corner from the property. Trash will need to be transported using a larger rolling trash cart that can be attached to a vehicle, or a tarp may be provided.
Because of this, you must be comfortable using your personal vehicle to transport the trash a short distance on the property.
Schedule
- Part-time position
- Early morning or late afternoon/evening shifts may be available
- Consistent weekly schedule

- Comfortable working independently
- Able to work both inside and outside
- Okay with working outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Physically active and able to walk, bend, lift up to 35 lbs., and move throughout the shift
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in doing a job well
- Has reliable transportation
