What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service
• Prepare handcrafted coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
• Take guest orders and accurately process transactions
• Learn our menu and help guests discover new favorites
• Prepare and serve food and bakery items
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting caf
• Work alongside your teammates to keep service running smoothly
• Follow Sweetwaters recipes, quality standards, and operating procedures
• Help us deliver on our promise to Make Our Guests' Day

Previous coffee or restaurant experience is helpful, but a great attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to our guests are what matter most.
