Litigation Attorney

Deon Goldschmidt Attorneys is seeking a Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation. The successful candidate will handle a moderate caseload and be involved in filing lawsuits, managing discovery, overseeing depositions, preparing for trials, and representing clients in court. Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred. Responsibilities

• File lawsuits and prepare legal documents
• Manage the discovery process including document collection and review
• Oversee depositions and prepare witnesses
• Prepare for and attend trials as required
• Consult with and advise clients throughout the litigation process
• Represent clients in court proceedings

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in personal injury litigation

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish speaking ability
