Shipping and Receiving Parts CoordinatorShift: 1st
Location: Roselawn, OH
Pay: $20-$25/hr
Responsibilities- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damages, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments accurately according to customer orders and shipping instructions.
- Load and unload trucks or trailers manually or with material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations by part number and description.
- Coordinate courier services and trucking companies to ensure on-time product delivery based on production schedules.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and receiving area.
- Pick parts for shipments and perform banding, shrink wrapping, and other shipment preparation duties as needed.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous shipping and receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail required.
- Previous experience with ERP/SAP/WMS is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or move throughout the shift in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to safely use hand tools and equipment, including drills and packaging tools.
