Responsibilities - Accurately capture and record guest information
- Perform side work and set-up duties as assigned
- Organize online reservation system before and during shift
- Seat guests according to floor plan and reservation
- Maintain professional appearance as an ambassador of Eberly
Qualifications- 1-2 years of experience in the foodservice industry is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to perform a variety of duties with extreme care, concern, and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate with supervisor, fellow employees, and guests.
- Ability to effectively listen, follow instructions, and adjust to changing conditions.
- Exhibits a pleasant personality and commitment to guest service.
