Industrial & Commercial Plumbing Technician -- Texas Journeyman or Apprentice

If working with copper, CPVC (cvpc), and stainless piping with swaglock sounds like your kind of challenge, HardHat wants to hear from you. We’re adding Texas-licensed Apprentices and Journeymen to tackle high-visibility commercial and industrial projects.

You roll up in reliable transportation, tools in hand, and partner with a crew that trusts your judgment. You bring 3–5 years of experience to the table and turn specs into systems that perform.

• Current Texas Apprentice or Journeyman Plumber License
• 3–5 years in commercial/industrial plumbing
• Proven work with copper, CPVC (cvpc), and stainless piping using swaglock
• Ownership of plumbing tools and dependable transportation

• Apprentice: up to $30/hour DOE + $90.00 per diem (for days worked)
• Journeyman: up to $42.00/hour DOE + $90.00 per diem (for days worked)
