Host/Hostess

We're looking for a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests and help set the tone for their dining experience.

As a Host/Hostess, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. - Managing reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the dining experience. - Communicating wait times and ensuring guests are comfortable while waiting. - Assisting with table turnover and maintaining a clean and organized host station. - Collaborating with the team to create a seamless dining experience.

To thrive in this role, you should bring: - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service. - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
