What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Diagnose & Conquer: Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in both residential and light commercial settings.
• Upgrade the Community: Execute panel upgrades, rewiring, smart home installations, and custom lighting with precision.

What You Bring to the Team (Qualifications):

• Licensed Pro: Current TDLR Journeyman Electrician license is required.
• Field Proven: 2+ years of residential/commercial service and troubleshooting experience.
• Customer-Centric: You don't just fix wires; you build trust. Strong communication skills are a must.
• Clean Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (you'll be piloting our company truck).
• Physical Grit: Ability to navigate crawl spaces, attics, and ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.
