Customer Service Representative

Barco Title and Installment Loans are open in Houston, TX and we are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives with a strong background in payday and auto title lending. We are looking for someone who understands the loaningenvironment, values compliance, and delivers excellent customer service.

Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for originating payday and auto title loans, assisting customers throughout the loan process, managing repeat business, and ensuring all transactions comply with Texas Credit Access Business regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate payday and auto title loans in accordance with CAB regulations
• Assess customer eligibility and verify required documentation
• Clearly explain loan terms, fees, and repayment obligations to customers
• Maintain accurate customer records and loan documentation
• Build and manage ongoing customer relationships
• Ensure strict compliance with all state regulations and internal procedures
• Meet performance, sales, and customer service standards

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a Texas Credit Access Business (required)
• Hands-on experience originatingpayday loans and/or auto title loans
• Strong understanding of CAB loan processes and customer disclosures
• Sales-driven with strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail lending environment
• High attention to detail and compliance
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
