We are seeking an energetic, hands-on General Manager to oversee daily caf operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive sales and profitability. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is passionate about people, hospitality, and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead all daily caf operations
• Hire, train, schedule, coach, and motivate team members
• Maintain excellent food quality and guest-service standards
• Manage sales, labor, inventory, expenses, and P&L performance
• Develop strategies to increase caf and catering sales
• Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming caf
• Resolve guest and employee concerns professionally
• Build a positive, team-oriented workplace culture

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–3 years of restaurant, caf, bakery, General Management experience
• Previous experience supervising and developing employees
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of budgeting, labor control, inventory, and P&L management
• Comfortable using POS systems
• Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
