Data Entry / Transaction Balancing Operator
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Schedule:Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate:$18.00/hour

Kelly is seeking detail-oriented Data Entry / Transaction Balancing Operators to join our team! In this role, you will support our client’s production operations by accurately validating and entering transaction data captured by their transport system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and validate transaction data with accuracy and speed (minimum 8,500 keystrokes per hour or 55 WPM with 1% or less error rate)
  • Perform 10-key by touch
  • Verify critical information from lead and extraction tickets, vouchers, checks, and OCR lines
  • Support high-quality and timely production output by following established processes
  • Establish positive working relationships with team leaders and coworkers
  • Interpret written and verbal instructions to complete daily tasks

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Up to 1 year of relevant item processing or data entry experience preferred
  • Strong clerical, reading, writing, and math skills
  • Ability to organize information, resolve exceptions, and accurately interpret data
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • Ability to sit and perform key entry tasks for extended periods
  • Able to handle office tools (pen, stapler, scissors, etc.) and occasionally lift up to 10 lbs
  • Work in a production environment with varying daily duties based on processing demand
