About the Role:
Provider Health Services LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work weekends with an individual who is a male. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting changes in condition to nursing staff
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety protocols
- Support patients with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
- Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with facility policies
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
Requirements:
- Current, valid CNA certification in the state of Ohio
- Previous experience in a home health, long-term care, or clinical setting preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients with physical needs
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a care team
