LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing, multi-state organization to identify an experienced HR Generalist. This position will serve as a key resource for employees and leaders across multiple locations, with a primary focus on leave administration, compliance, and employee support. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex leave programs, navigating employment regulations, and supporting HR initiatives within a distributed workforce environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and coordinate leave of absence programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and other employee leave requests
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees throughout the leave process, providing guidance and ensuring a positive employee experience
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
  • Conduct and oversee I-9 audits and employment eligibility compliance efforts
Qualifications
  • At least 4+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Experience supporting multi-site and multi-state operations, preferably within retail, restaurant, franchise, or similar environments
  • Strong experience managing leave of absence programs with expertise in FMLA and ADA compliance required
  • Experience conducting I-9 audits and maintaining HR compliance programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
  • PHR and/or SHRM certification preferred
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
