Compensation:

$120,000 - $225,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Assist in generating leads and building a robust client pipeline daily.
  • Engage directly with buyers and sellers to facilitate real estate transactions weekly.
  • Guide clients through the entire buying or selling process, ensuring a smooth closing.
  • Participate in regular coaching sessions to enhance skills and boost confidence.
  • Develop and maintain daily habits that drive consistent and long-term success.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for client acquisition.
  • Utilize proven systems to manage transactions efficiently and effectively close deals consistently.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Commitment to attending regular coaching sessions and implementing feedback for growth.
