Lynd Management Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a multifamily property.

What You'll Do
  • Clean offices, clubhouses, model apartments, and public access areas.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, remove trash, and clean windows and surfaces.
  • Thoroughly clean vacant apartments and prepare them for new resident move-in.
  • Clean kitchens, appliances, refrigerators, counters, cabinets, sinks, and floors.
  • Clean bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, tubs, cabinets, and floors.
  • Complete final touch-up cleaning of show apartments and move-in-ready apartments.
  • Clean laundry rooms, equipment surfaces, lint traps, floors, and trash bins.
  • Help maintain clean property grounds, pool areas, and other shared spaces.
  • Maintain an organized housekeeping storage area and monitor supplies.
  • Report maintenance concerns or needed repairs to property leadership.
  • Assist with cleaning before and after resident events.
  • Follow company safety procedures and use cleaning products and equipment appropriately.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • At least one year of housekeeping, custodial, apartment cleaning, hospitality, or similar experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete assignments on time.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a property team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Professional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to safely use cleaning products, supplies, and equipment.
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing requirements is a plus.
