Responsibilities

• Perform framing, trim carpentry, and exterior remodeling
• Interpret and build from blueprints and drawings
• Construct decks, sunrooms, and room additions
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and maintain clean job sites
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Execute projects efficiently within a small team of 2-5 members
• Maintain quality control throughout construction phases

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of carpentry and remodeling experience
• Proficient in framing and trim carpentry
