We’re seeking a sharp, experienced Plumbing Estimator / Project Manager to join a top-tier construction team in Austin, Texas. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our pipeline, driving project success from pre-con to closeout, and keeping our teams set up for smooth execution.

What You’ll Do:

As the strategic bridge between estimating and project management, you’ll:

• Own the bid pipeline – Manage estimating schedules, analyze bid documents, and maintain a strong flow of quality opportunities
• Interpret and price complex scopes – Dive into drawings, geotech reports, and specs to develop accurate takeoffs and duration plans
• Communicate with clarity – Engage with clients to confirm scope, raise constructability issues, and submit winning proposals
• Manage change like a pro – Estimate plan revisions and cost impacts; assist with scope changes and clear documentation
• Support smooth project launches – Assist the Department Head in project hand-offs and start-up planning
• Keep your finger on the market pulse – Monitor commodity prices and material cost trends, keeping leadership informed
• Coordinate with design/BIM – Help ensure our scope is well represented and accurately modeled

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of plumbing estimating/project management experience
• Solid grasp of plumbing systems, codes, and phases of construction
• Excellent communicator with confidence navigating plans, specs, and client expectations
• Tech-savvy and organized – you're at home in estimating software and spreadsheets
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment
