Location: San Antonio, TX (occasional travel to New Braunfels)

Job Description

The Recruiter will oversee the hiring process from sourcing candidates through onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This individual will play a key role in supporting staffing goals by identifying qualified talent, coordinating interviews, and maintaining an efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of open positions.
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and evaluate qualifications.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring timely communication.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Extend employment offers and assist with pre-employment and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking system documentation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruiting updates.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
  • Experience managing multiple openings simultaneously in a high-volume environment preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet hiring deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
