- Plant controls programming and troubleshooting
- Process controls support and improvement
- Process automation design and implementation
- Equipment and technology implementation
- Training operating personnel on new equipment and technologies
- Engineering standards and technical documentation
- Process and product development support
- PSM, EHS, Quality Management System, and ISO compliance
- Coordination with outside engineering firms when specialized expertise is required
- Chemical manufacturing project experience would be helpful.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering with 3-5+ years of relevant process or project engineering experience.
- Experience developing and managing capital projects and budgets
- Ability and willingness to work hands-on in the plant
- Strong communication, organization, ownership, and execution skills
