Job Description:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with patient assessments, procedures, and daily care needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance.
- Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
Job Requirements:
- Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous clinical experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Credentials Needed:
- CNA license
- CPR Certificate
