Manufacturing Technician

We are seeking a handson technician with strong electrical aptitude to support product testing, calibration, and quality assurance. The role involves operating test equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform product testing according to defined criteria using ohmmeters, oscilloscopes, HiPot testers, digital multimeters, and clampon CTs.
• Inspect products and monitor equipment dashboards to identify issues
• Conduct wiring, cable prep, and assembly per schematics and drawings
• Troubleshoot test problems and escalate through quality tools
• Document repairs, quality checks, and performance data
• Support new equipment/process implementation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a safe, clean work area following 5S and safety policies
• Assist less experienced associates and participate in crossfunctional projects
• Basic computer skills are required.

Requirements

• 3 years mechanical, electrical, or related experience in a production environment
• Associate degree in Electronic Technology preferred
• Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and problemsolving skills
• Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and bills of material
• Proficient with hand/power tools and basic computer skills (Excel, Word, SAP)
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.
• May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Work overtime as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventive maintenance
• Knowledge of manufacturing production processes, quality standards, and equipment programming/testing
• Collaborative approach to problem solving and process improvement
