Housekeeper
The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining common areas and facilities, offices, and other general areas.
Duties & Responsibilities
Clean common areas, facilities, offices, apartments
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of trash in a safe and sanitary manner.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, and clean carpets.
Dust and clean surfaces such as windows, mirrors, and furniture.
Clean and sanitize restrooms and other high traffic areas.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report when supplies are needed
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
Assist property team with various duties as assigned.
