We are currently seeking a skilled Extrusion Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining extrusion equipment used in the production of high-quality protein bar products.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate extrusion machinery
- Monitor production to ensure consistent product quality
- Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and cleaning
- Conduct quality checks and document production data
- Follow food safety, GMP, and safety protocols
- Communicate issues promptly to supervisors
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience operating manufacturing or extrusion equipment preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attendance and reliability
Work Environment:
- Production facility environment
- PPE required
- Standing for extended periods
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
