What You’ll Do

As a Small Business Sales Consultant, you’ll own your territory and help business owners protect what they’ve worked hard to build. You’ll deliver customized solutions, build longterm relationships, and drive real impact every day.

Build Trust & Close with Confidence

• Meet facetoface with small business owners, decisionmakers, and operators to understand their security needs and goals.
• Present tailored security, automation, and lifesafety solutions that fit how their business runs not a onesizefitsall pitch.

Design Smart, Customized Solutions

• Evaluate business layouts, operations, and risk factors.
• Design systems that combine intrusion protection, video, access control, automation, and lifesafety technology.

Own the Full Customer Experience

• Partner closely with installation and support teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Conduct postinstallation followups to confirm expectations were met, strengthen relationships, and generate referrals.

Grow Your Business

• Prospect and generate new leads within your territory.
• Manage your pipeline, follow up consistently, and close deals that create real value for customers and income for you.

What You Need to Succeed

We’re looking for driven, relationshipfocused sales professionals who want more than just a job they want growth, income, and purpose.

• Selfmotivated and goaldriven with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Confident and consultative, able to ask great questions and guide customers to the right solution
• Comfortable with technology and CRM tools in a fastpaced environment
• Adaptable and coachable, with a desire to improve and win
• Customerfocused, with integrity and followthrough at the center of how you work

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
• Additional licensing may be required based on location
• Sales experience preferred, but not required we provide industryleading training

• Uncapped commission your income reflects your effort
• New Sales Consultants can expect to earn ~$85,000, with top performers earning $150,000+
