• Connect with prospective clients to understand their needs and help them find the right coverage for their families and assets.
• Provide clear explanations of policy options to help people make informed decisions about their financial security.
• Engage with our local College Station community through events, networking, and relationship building.
• Prepare quotes and follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with our office staff to ensure applications are processed smoothly and accurately.
• Review existing policies with current clients to ensure their protection keeps pace with their lives.

• Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or retail environments.
• Clear and articulate communication skills.
• Comfort using a computer for database management and email.
• Knowledge of insurance products or underwriting basics is helpful but not mandatory.
