What You'll Be Doing:

• Generating your own leads through field work and doortodoor outreach
• Meeting directly with homeowners for roof inspections and consultations
• Presenting solutions and closing deals on the spot (onecall close)
• Learning and using proven sales scripts and systems
• Managing your pipeline and followups

The first few weeks are handson and fieldfocused: lead generation, learning the process, and getting comfortable in the role. Paid training provided,

Compensation & Benefits:

• W2 position
• Paid training
• Uncapped commission structure (discussed during interview)
• Realistic earning potential: $70,000–$250,000+ first year
