This includes operationalizing new hardware, new services, and value-add features to Altice Business' production network, maintaining the network infrastructure to ensure Altice Business can continue to provide a stable and feature-rich network to our customers and provides network support to Fulfillment and Operations.The Network Engineer works closely with the Development team to incorporate new hardware and services into the network.Responsible for providing engineering guidelines to Fulfillment and Operations to roll out new hardware and services to our customers.For new services, the engineer will also be responsible for working with the Application Support team to capture the new product requirements in Netcracker and defining the parameters needed for service activation.Responsible for documenting test results, deployment procedures and standards.In addition to a technical role, the candidate must be comfortable project managing and coordinating with other teams on their contributing deliverables to ensure the timely roll out of new services into production.The Network Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the network is maintained and capable of providing services to our customers.Responsible for regularly validating software updates, testing replacement hardware for devices that are end-of-life, managing network resources such as IP addresses and VLANs.
