Complete an orientation program of sufficient duration and content to prepare them for specific duties in the hospital before they administer direct patient care within thirty (30) days of their hire date.Must meet proficiency requirements of the unit including successful completion of medication proficiency test annually. BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred.
