Floor Technician Working Hours 8am – 4:30pm M-F Starting wage rate $18.50/hr per hour Provide assistance to assemble, test and maintain company equipment, to include vacuums, small gas motors, floor scrubbers, carpet cleaners, and various other small equipment. Analyze root causes of equipment failures and propose corrective actions. If unable to repair equipment, notify the operations manager and get approval to outsource the repair. Perform regular inspections to identify and correct equipment malfunctions, repairs and replacements. Read and understand technical manuals for equipment operations and maintenances.
