Skilled nursing care is located adjacent to Spa Springs, where patients can access massage therapy, acupuncture and similar treatments. Clifton Springs Nursing Home is a 108-bed facility.RESPONSIBILITIES:· Responsible for timely, accurate medication administration of assigned team and concurrent required documentation.· Performs treatments and documents progress of same as per physician orders and facility protocol.· Assures concise, pertinent and complete resident care documentation using computerized medical record process.
