Requirements
Proven leadership in installation, construction, project management, or a similar roleHands-on residential roofing experience is requiredExperience supervising on-site construction personnelTypical work hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility required during peak seasons or periods of increased workloadA valid driver's license with a clean record is requiredOSHA 10 or 30 certification (or a strong safety mindset)Willingness to become forklift certifiedExperience with Office 365, Salesforce, or other CRM software is helpfulAbility to lift up to 65 lbsJoin an Industry Leader in Roofing ExcellenceAt Erie Home, we provide best-in-class home solutions and stand by our commitment to quality, leadership, and customer satisfaction.
