Candidates should have at least 2 years of industrial electrical supervision experience.
The Superintendent will oversee the operations and field personnel responsible for the installation, additions, and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials/equipment for the assigned job. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver who exercises great communication skills with project managers and clients. Relocation assistance available for out of state candidates.
Duties include but are not limited to: Managing a crew of 10 -15 electricians Review plans and layouts provided by the Project Manager Identify and communicate conflicts in construction progress with the Project Manager. Experience requirements: Strong industrial electrical background. 2 years of prior industrial electrical supervision experience Strong knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC).
