Inside sales, phone orders and customer service. Read, understand and take sign orders. Input orders on PC using custom program (Vista by Viewpoint). Assign work and monitor progress to keep production work flowing smoothly. Provide guidance and instructions to other sign makers. Set up and utilizes sign maker computer to produce custom signs and graphics. Marks, positions and applies letters to sign face. Gathers, lifts and carries inventory items such as reflective sheeting, aluminum blacks, plywood, tools and finished signs (etc.) when needed. Inventory control and maintenance Coordinates installation orders with Project Managers. Shop maintenance and cleanliness Daily safety meetings with direct reports Order sign shop materials as needed. Performs other work related duties as assigned.

In addition to developing solutions, you will help the Government customer understand the value and benefits of the Leidos solution, explain technical capabilities, features and transformation strategies, engage in proof of concepts, and support division level campaigns and initiatives.Primary Responsibilities•Work with clients to understand their business goals and develop a strategy, architecture vision, methodology & development process to bring innovation to Leidos's S/4HANA customers for achieving those goals.•Develop Basis of Estimates and financial models to articulate the expected Resources and level of effort for projects.•Work with project teams to monitor and report on project performance, identifying risks and opportunities to maximize business value.•Proactively work with the Business Development and capture teams, pitching to C-level and support sales trajectories.•Influence SAP’s customers to maximize their investment into SAP solutions and effectively increasing cloud adoption.•Design solutions that can take advantage of SAP BTP and other and integrate with service from hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure).•An important aspect of the role will involve working with customers and helping them improve their business process through innovations with various tech stacks.•Agility, evaluating new and upcoming technologies across any stack and implementing them to help build products is a key focus area for this role.•You will be at the fusion of business and technology with a high level of hands-on along with architectural work.•Support the Business Development team in presales activities, provide capture support to strategic initiatives.Basic Qualifications•Master's Degree and 15 years experience in a Science, Engineering, or Technology field or Bachelors degree and 20+ years experience.•Highly experienced and proven track record working with/implementing and transformation SAP solutions.•Experienced with large-scale transformation projects in SAP environments, with hands-on experience of at least one S/4HANA transformation project•Adept at advising and mentoring our clients as well as your colleagues•Demonstrated expertise and program performance in the areas of digital modernization technologies, including cloud, data, cyber, network, ERP and end-user capabilities•Experience leading technical teams to include solution architects and solution developers•Ability to develop, manage, and implement a technology roadmap and portfolio•Strong oral and written communication skills•Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage conflicts, and drive project success within deadlines.•Secret ClearancePreferred Qualifications•Experience with working Army, Navy and Air Force Customers highly desired•Large acquisition program experience•Vendor certification for management of implementations (Oracle, SAP, Thomson Reuters, etc.) or relevant industry certification such as Microsoft CertifiedOriginal Posting Date:2024-05-08While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.Pay Range:Pay Range $144,300.00 - $260,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
