This role is part of the team focused on supporting new and emerging capabilities for our next generation cloud-based HR and analytics platforms. Appropriate candidates have a passion for emerging technologies with a vision for managing sustainable and scalable products and a strong drive for success.In this role you will track technology support related work for HR technology platform across Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Management, Core HR and other related functions. You will help research and triage issues, perform root cause analysis as applicable and track resolution of defects and system enhancements in the enterprise ticket tracking platform(s) with Marriott, vendor, and service provider teams.You will track completion of initiatives and projects and provide status updates on a regular basis using tools and technologies used to track work progress.In addition, you will submit new technologies for security and architecture reviews as needed and work with global technology partners to set up single sign on capabilities as needed.If you feel you are up for the challenge, then please see further details belowCANDIDATE PROFILEEducation and ExperienceRequired Qualifications:Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certification.6-10 years’ experience in information technology support and partnership with business and IT stakeholders.6 – 10 years’ experience with issue triage and tracking across technology systems.6 – 10 years’ experience driving issue resolution across Marriott, service providers and vendor teams.2 to 5 years of experience using Oracle HCM.Strong understanding of SaaS capabilities.Experience working with a complex technology stack that includes reports, integrations, and custom extensions.Experience triaging and tracking issues in a ticket tracking tool with vendors and service provider teams.Ability to listen and understand business requirements, ask questions, and work with stakeholders on their priorities.Ability to partner with business and technology teams to plan and track BAU and initiative work.Experience driving build, test and user acceptance of initiative and support related deliverables.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across platforms and work with inhouse resources and vendor partners on resolution.Ability to work independently, identifying and driving required tasks to completion in a timely manner.Proven ability to support large, complex applications with multiple stakeholders.Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple support request while working on time sensitive projects and upgrades.Experience in waterfall and/or agile software methodologiesVendor management experience driving work with vendors and service providers to meet requirements and specifications.Preferred Qualifications:Graduate degreeOracle Global Human Resources Cloud Implementation certificationAdditional preference for Oracle certifications in any of the following cloud products: Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Learning or Recruiting Cloud.Technology management experience in a sourced or internally managed environment6-10 years’ domain experience relevant to supported business function;
